My injectors not pulsating

My 95 ford aerostar won't start. It has a great spark along with great air flow. I can get it to turn over with an accelerant but won't stay running. I also pulled the fuel line from the filter to the motor and is pumping fine.

Look for power on the injector harness red wire no power check and test the PCM power relay

If its not pulsing -check the computer ground driver circuit-

Any idea where I would find that. And just check the main ground to the computer groundcircuit
