Coil Pack resistance

I have a 1995 mustang v6 3.8 liter. My question is about the ignition coil packs resistance. The primary readings are within range. According to the manual, the secondary test reading should be between 6000 to 11500, the readings I got were between 12000-13000. Does it effect the performance of the car and how? Is the difference too significant to keep it running? or should I replace the coil packs? Thanks in advance.

first, why are you checking?? is there an issue if so, what is the problem??

It starts it just seems weak and hesitates. No i havent used a scan tool. Im just tinkering around, its mostly just trying to learn the electical side and since i dont have all the tools for other tests i thought id start wtih the ignition system. Is it true that if a coil with increased resistance can result a weak spark?

thats correct.

i would start with a fuel pressure test to verify the pressure.
