You gotta elaborate a whole lot on that. Saying an engine doesn't start is like telling your doctor you're in pain over the phone. You could have a stomach ache, a hang nail, or you cut your foot off with a chainsaw.

Why did you replace the battery? Was it for maintenance or to solve a problem? Is that when the starting problem first occurred? Why did you replace the starter?
