Front left brake caliper is sticking and getting very hot. I have replaced the caliper but still have the problem. It was suggested that the next thing to try is replacing the rubber supply line for that caliper.

Yes the internal part of the hose may have collapsed. When you apply break pressure the fluid expands the collapsed hose. When you let off the brake, the fluid can’t move back due to the collapsed line. I would check that.

Next time it doesn't release, loosen the steel lines at the master cylinder to see if it releases. We really hope it does not. Loosen the steel line where it connects to the rubber flex hose. If it does not release there, either the hose has a restriction or the new caliper is sticking. Open the bleeder screw on the caliper. If it releases, replace the hose.
