1995 Chevrolet Silverado Heater Motor Speeds

When changing the speed of the heater I only can get 1 & 2 speeds, the two highest will not work. I have replace the climate control switch. The motor was replaced 5 years ago. I am not sure what next step to take to get the two higher speeds the motor should have

YOUR BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR MAY HAVE GONE BAD

OR

THE CONNECTION TO IT COULD BE ANOTHER POSSIBILITY, IT MAY HAVE GOTTEN HOT AND MELTED/ DISTORTED AND MAY NOT BE MAKING GOOD CONTACT

BOTH THE RESISTOR AND A CONNECTOR PIGTAIL CAN BE FOUND AT AN AUTO PARTS STORE
