Question is there suppose to be a screw that suppose to go into the block when you remove the oil filter ? Seem like there's suppose to be but not sure if the people at the machine shop took it out or not..

The only thing that my info shows me is the oil filter adaptor, which is the threaded piece that you screw the oil filter onto for that engine.

It never had a adapter on it, but at the bottom it have two holes for the oil but there's a 3rd hole at the top that have threads inside of it which the oil filter covers it up when I put the oil filter back on not sure if it suppose to be a screw inside of it.. All the pictures I've seen of different vehicles have a allen head screw inside of it but mine don't and believe it's causing my oil pressure to drop to low but I'm not sure..

Often the machine shops will remove Allen head screws (it can help the block to drain after its been cleaned). Go back to the machine shop that did you block and ask them if this is the case.
