So what are your ac pressures like?If the ac system is low on charge/pressure it wont turn on also if the pressure is too high also the compressor will turn off.

If you have no pressure the compressor wont turn on you cant use a test light on newer cars to test for parasitic draws like that anymore.

Also iam sorry we dont do texts or phone calls its strictly thru the posted questions. It sounds like it low on charge or out of charge in the ac system.Look around and see if there looks like any oil build up on the ac hoses etc where dirty has collected indicating you might have a leak.

Again if the ac system doesnt have enough pressure in it the computer wont allow the compressor to turn on.Also go back and read my last two posts i asked you to do something in one of them.

Checked for oil on lines and compressor I found the shadier valve on the drier was jammed opened, which would lose all the Freon. I will replace valve and try to inject dye in system to check for leaks.

Replaced valves charged enough for compressor to engage had to run a jumper wire from pos batt to get the compressor to engage it did engage. I checked all the fuses no voltage to compressor blower motor . What is customary for donation?

The donations are whatever you want to donate.Iam confused you said you added enough charge for the compressor to turn on?Then you said you jumped the ac compressor to make it come on?Then you said you have no power to the blower motor and the compressor? Also was the ac system empty? How much charge did you add?

The low side 30 high 120 it was leaking so bad I could not get a good reading. It was leaking at the dryer and at the heater core it was inside could have been the expansion valve.

It could be the Orings on the expansion valve or the evaporator itself leaking you would have to do some more digging to which. As far as the inside blower fan being inop that could be part of the problem for the ac clutch not coming on.Do you have a multi meter to do some testing?

If you have a multi meter with the key in the run position and the blower fan set to high see if you have battery voltage across the blower motor connector?

With the key in the run position put the blower fan on hi see if the purple wire to the blower motor has battery voltage? The black wire to blower motor should have 2 ohms or less to ground? With the key in the run position fuse number 6 25 amp in the inside fuse box should have battery voltage across both sides of the fuse.

With no power to the number 6 fuse that would explain the inop blower motor also that coyld effect the ac operation. But remember if all your charge leaked out like your said when you charged your system then there is no point in looking for power at the ac compressor. With low or no pressure in the ac system the compressor is allowed to turn on.So this is the number 6 fuse in the inside fuse box? Also there is a 25amp fuse in the number 6 fuse slot? You did check both sides of the fuse with the key in the run position while checking it?

We replace the compressor, orifice tube and compressor, the orifice tube had some metal shaving. I used the glasses and light to check found leaks on the high side line near the condenser or at the condenser. Bypassed the low pressure switch and the compressor and clutch did engage.

You didn't flush the ac lines etc?The metal shaving could take out your new compressor
Also i hope your not running the ac system all the time without the high/low pressure switch? That pressure switch is a safety device for the ac system.

Yes flush the entire system, pumped the system down let the gauges on for about 30 minutes it did not have any leaks.
We placed pag oil in supply line and charged the system. It started cooling it works fine. Thanks for your help and patience.
