is there a relay switch to the wipers through the steering column on a 95 monte carlo z34

I removed the steering wheel column in hopes of finding the solution to repairing my windshield wipers. I however put it back cause I was unsure about what I was looking at.

There's no relay check and test the wiper/washer switch-also see below
