1995 chevy monty carlo - Replaced plugs wires,checked coil packs not sure what the problem is, HELP!!! feels like it misses while driving also misses at idle,tack is unstable

If the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned. If not, check for vacuum leaks, and check engine compression.
