I have a 95 Chevy lumina 3.4 litter motor runs rough just did tune up still the same way real bogy on first acceleration then cleans up tried non foulers but doesn't seem to help any ideas

2.Inadequate spark/coil,defective spark plug wire.
3.Lack of compression
4.False air leakage.
5.Faulty fuel injectors.
6.Insufficient fuel pressure.
7.Contaminated fuel.
8.EGR valve that is leaking.
9.Oxygen sensors.
10.Throttle position sensor.
11.Manifold absolute pressure sensor
12.Mass Airflow Sensor
13.Idle air control valve

When I unplug # 4 sparkplug no change in how the motor runs
do you think that's the injector I've change the spark plug no
difference I know it has spark
