Yes,This all started before I replaced all them parts.The rear brake line had a leak and the kid drove it like that or about 3 months running all fluid out of master cyl rear reservoir which is the front reservoir on master. just using the brakes fronts to stop,I repaired the line and couldn't get fluid out of master cyl for rear,the front was already hanging up.So I replaced ,master cyl,front pad's,hose's,calipers,flushed lines,rear bleed OK after new master cyl but front calipers were still hanging up,wheels would turn with little drag when brakes applied while on jack stands.

With them dragging what happens if you crack the bleeder? do they free up? if so it is pressure retention if not a mechanical problem with the front brakes, look at this.

Yes, Brake fluid shoots out and hot.I am kinda leaning that it is a bad brake booster.

With the brakes dragging and hot, back off the master cyl mounting bolts enough to move master forward about 1" see if that frees up the brakes, if so the booster may be holding on the brakes.
