my sons 95 chevy caprice had minor electrical problems upon purchase got it fixed, then a few months later the starter started clicking before it would turn over . he had the starter rebuilt but it,s still clicking even worse now in addition something keeps draining power from the battery. now im checking all ground wires please help.
