My mother in law has a 1996 Chevrolet beretta with the v6 3.1 l engin she is telling me that when she try's to start the engine that it seems like the starter is dragging. Diagnoses with a computer did not help to find the problem. The only two things that I can figure that would make the starter drag is a ba winding in the starter or a bad ground wire issue. I'm not sure where to go from here should I get the starter tested or should I check the ground wire connections or just go replace the ground wires and run a few extras wires to b Shute that it is or isn't the problem.
