car power steering gave out

Today while driving 35mph the car power steering gave out. I could not turn the wheel. And the a/c turned off. Also, the digital display said "battery no charge". When I pulled over, the car was leaking a green fluid. I let the car cool for several hours and turned to turn it on again. The fluid was no longer leaking. The steering still did not work and displayed message "battery no charge". But the engine still turned on and I could drive normally, just could not steer.
