There are two possibilities for V8 engines, a 4.6 northstar, and a 4.9L pushrod engine. If it is a 4.9, the p041 relates to cam sensor fault, I would replace the cam sensor in the distributor, and clear the codes. If it is a 4.6L, those didn't see many cam sensor problems. If it has a cam signal issue on the 4.6, you will have an extended crank before start. I have seen the trigger pin on the cam sprocket come out of the sprocket on the 4.6, just a possibility.

P041 no camshaft sensor signal.
P052 PCM keep alive memory reset(will not turn on engine light/happens with battery disconnect.
P053 Distributor signal interrupt.
P071 Intermittent MAP sensor signal.

The only code of the four that turns on a light is the P041, so you certainly have that code setting. Have you cleared the codes after repairs? If not, do so, and see what returns.
