How much money to repair steering grinding noise?

Grinding noise at low speed turns, like parking. Could you please help? what is a good price? could anyone recommend a shop for my location? I have money. It's a great car, other wise. I think it has a new transmission, breaks, muffler... Although, it has rust, so, I may need to say good bye to this baby.
