When I slow down to go over deep dip on the road I lose power when I excellerate out of the dip....the problem is that the lose of power in intermittent. I check the injectors, replaced the fuel filter....could it be the fuel pump reley?

I don't think the relay would cause this. However, a weak fuel pump can. You may want to check fuel pump pressure to make sure it is within spec.
