I have a buick. I havent been driving it. Car usually starts. Its been cold and it stopped working. I had a new battery but due to not driving it needed to be charged. I charged the battery and when i look again it wouldnt start. I replaced the starter and now it seems the battery is dead again. I kept the plug in battery charger on the car overnight. And the lights come on in the inside of the car. The dashboard also comes on but it wont start. What do i need to do?
