95 buick le sabre. Car drives, and shifts fine, but will not come off of high idle. Possible throttle position sensor? or idle speed control unit? trying to figure out which one it is. any ideas?

check for a vacuum leak first. clean the throttle plate on both sides as well as the oblong hole there where the iac sdjusts the air. is anything stuck in the throttle plate?
