Headlight Issue

I have a headlight on the passenger front that will not turn off. It came on about 6-months agao after a hi-pressure car wash.. Also, the headlights will flash every now and then as I go down the road and you can hear soft sound as if an alarm is going off.

I resist guessing at intermittent issues without having all the facts I can get. Has a scan been done with the proprietary BMW scan tool?

No scan has been done regarding the issue as it's a 95 and the typical CHeckers and Autozones don't have a set-up for this year...

The issue was most certainly due to the pressure wash, a fault or faults have been set from that event. The scan I requested is what needs to happen next. Seek out a BMW repair facility that has the scan tool I mentioned and get back to me after the results are known.
