The most popular method is to use a pressure bleeding system, but it can be done by the old "open the bleeder nipple and press on the clutch" method too. Since I work alone, I usually remove the clutch slave and press the actuator rod into the cylinder several times (10-15 times), this pushes the air out of the system, then the clutch slave gets reinstalled and you just get in the car and press the clutch pedal until the pedal firms up. Be sure to have enough brake fluid in the clutch reservoir.
