This car refuses to start. What I have done so far: Replaced ECU (DME), replaced spark plugs, oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, replaced crank sensor. Tested fuel pressure - tested OK. Tested spark - tested OK. Checked timing all looks ok. Checked all relays and fuses, all ok. Measured power to fuel pump and injectors it looks within specs. The vehicle does not have EWS or coding. What am I missing here?

I am not sure, the car was standing for 2 years at the previous owner. I actually bought it like 2 months ago. It was parked inside so water damage is off the table. The fuel pressure is around 50psi under the hood this translates to about 3bar which is right according to the service manual. I check all 6 pots the pressure test are all in spec.

O.K. sitting that long will cause fuel to GUM up injectors. if spark good easy way to find out if it is fuel delivery spray starting fluid or CARB cleaner into intake open throttle spray good amount. Then crank if it lites then good chance injectors at fault

I have a M50 325i single vanos engine spare, I know the injectors on that is 100%. I might as well pull those and put them on the 320i. They are a bit bigger. But let me check if it works.

OK, I took out the 325 injectors and had them tested this morning at injector-man. They all are 100%. Installed them in the car. Same problem, no starting. I took the old injectors to injector-man and they tested those as well, only one of the injectors was a bit dirty and they cleaned it and all 6 working 100%. We have one weird case here.

Oh no this is far from done! I have still got to sort out the gearbox, clutch, brakes, suspension and cooling, want to check it before I even get it driving around. Thanks a lot for all your help.
