fuel pump relay location

The fuel pump relay is near the center oft he dash here is a guide to help you test it and the location below.

The check engine light came on and when I accelerate the gas pedal it hesitate to move and the engine dies off. Got it started again and it does the same thing couple of times. I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, air filter and fuel pump relay. What else would have gone wrong or bad. Please advise as I am worried it may happen again while I am on H'ways with small children on board.
