I need the camshaft timing marks please?

i changed the camshaft in my 1500 engine, set the timing according to 3e chart and it's still off, where should it actually be?

So 3E and roll pin at 12 o'clock on cam gear and crank gear on mark cyl one at TDC and valves adjusted correctly? was engine turned over by hand two revolutions to check marks lined up?

NO.2 WRONGE PART, S TIMING BELT NO.3 CAM SHALF SPRING NO 4 I WOULD CHECK EVERYTHING YOU DON, T KNOWWHO, WHAT WORK ON CAR BEFOFE YOU, I USED TO DO LOT FIELD WORK AND IF COULD NOT FIND PROBLEM, I STARTED FROM TOP TO BOTTOM AND ASK LOT QUSTIONS. YOU WELL FIND OUT IT MIGHT BE SOMETHING VERY SMALL. TODAY IT TAKES 5 HOURS TO FIND PROBLEM AND 1 MIN. TO FIXS GOOG LUCK
