1994 Toyota Camry wheel

The previous owner had scraped a rail on the driver side and the rim is slanted in. I had went to get an alignment thinking that was it but its still slanted. I changed the tie rod and the lower ball joint. Still the same. I checked to see if any metal was bent but couldnt find anything. Maybe im not looking right. It bothers seeing all wheels straight except the front driver side

It sounds like you have a bent lower control arm or strut. I would put the car on the hoist for inspection. Here is how to change the lower control arm out in case you find that it is the problem. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes
