Dies for unknown reason

1994 Toyota 4runner 165000 miles V6 3.0 5 speed manual. The other day i was driving down the road when the check engine light, the parking break light, and the battery light all came on and the engine died. The truck didn't make any noises or do anything unusual before it died. It started right back up then died again within 5 mins. About an hour later I got it started and it ran fine for 15 mins then again the same lights came on and the engine died. I have replaced the fuel pump. Also i have cleaned the MAF sensor after which it ran for 30 mins then again died the same as before.
