Engine runs different during initial start up and after sometime

On engine start up, engine runs fine. after 20 minutes approximately, engine responds less and seems burdened. also since its turbocharged, sound of blow-off valve is prominent on engine start-up and initial running but disappears during the same time. the engine also runs rough and hesitates to accelerate. Thank you

I would start with basics like plugs, wires coilc and filters.

start with a compression test, fuel pressure and spark tests to verify they are ok.
