Well when I am driving my car the shift gets stuck up around the 3 when I'm going from 35 to 55. It makes a buzzing noise when it does that but only when I first get on the highway. When I'm on local streets it mis fires and makes a clunking banging noise when I try to pick back up to speed after coming to a coomplete stop.

Do you have a any trouble code's in your computer? It sound's like you have a pressure issue inside your transmission. If you want to fix it yourself you will need tools socket ratchet air compressor etc.You will also need a transmission pressure gauge set with the adapter's.Otherwise it will cost a lot to have a shop fix it.Are you good at fixing car's?
