That mean's your power seat belt is bound up you will have to replace the power seat belt.Your best bet is find one at pick apart that work's.If you could find one new there very expensive last i saw they were over 300.

Can I find one at a junkyard for cheaper? I don't think the motor is broken? maybe there is something stuck in the track?

Usually what happens is the cable that move's the traveler where you hook the seat belt get's all jambed up.Yes you can find one at the junk yard a lot cheaper i got one for my sister's 1993 Sl1 for like 40.

Ok, well I got the motorized seatbelt repaired, now I have a new problem, when I turn the ignition, the car will start, but the warning/indicator lights on the dashboard won't flash on all at once like it usually does when the car starts up, the seatbelt will not retract at all, and the speedometer and the tachometer won't fluctuate up and down when I drive. Where is the problem? Also, something else isn't keeping the alternator charged..we took it to O'reilys and had it tested, it passed the test 4 times so we know that it works. Something else is keeping it from charging, maybe I need a need a new ignition?

So you took the alternator out and had it tested out of the car?When you tested the alternator in the car it doesn't charge?Also do you have a multimeter to do some testing?
