idles high and low

Hi! I have a 1994 Saturn s.series. it cranks and runs fine until it geys hot. When it gets hot it idles high and low. Sometimes when it idles low it dies and will not start again untill cool. Check engine light never comes on. We have replaced the map sensor & pcv

Hello,

It sounds like you have an IAC motor that is malfunctioning when it gets warm. We should run the codes first.

If no codes I would try to replace it with a new one to see what happens.
