My 94 firebird formula is having trouble building fuel pressure. Checked shrater valve with guage takes a few cycles of the key to build.to around 40 psi. It use to at least roll the motor over and act like it was starting and with a couple cycles would start. Now it doesn't roll over or crank on except very.occaaionaly. could it still be the fuel pressure regulator or something else? Do you need more detail?
