my 1994 plymouth voyager 3.0 will blow warmer air at first. but, when I turn on the blower motor or the engine gets to operating temperature, the air will come out cold. . but, when the engine temperature reaches operating temperature, the air comes out cold at the vents. also, when I turn on the blower motor, the air changes from warm to cold. the air never gets hot.

check heater core hoses in engine compartment they should both be hot. if so, then you likley have an interior blend door problem. do you have auto climate control?
