1.Drain coolant into a suitable container, down to thermostat level.
2.Remove thermostat housing bolts and housing.
3.Remove thermostat, discard gasket and clean both gasket sealing surfaces.
4.Reverse procedure to install. Dip new gasket in water and center thermostat in water box on gasket.
