I have a 1994 Plymouth Sundance. The belt came off and now I have no power steering. I need to know how to get it back on.

You can't simply put it back on. You first have to determine exactly what caused it to come off and repair that problem. They do not come off for no reason. Something is wrong with one of the components it drives.
