i drove through a puddle fare size, motor stalled, my air intake is quite high.. ckecked air filter it's dry..... so i'm trying to figure out what else might of got that wet to cause it not to run

Check to see if you are getting spark to the plugs. If you're not, check the crank sensor. If you are getting spark, check the fuel pump pressure. However, since it happened going through water, something tells me it deals with spark to the plugs.
