1994 Pathfinder Has a High Idle after 10-15mins of driving

I have replaced the Motor Last Winter and now have approx 5500 miles on the new motor and now after driving for 10-15mins when coming to a stop it will idle at roughly 1700 rpms. How do I locate the cause? Ther is no Check engine light, the only other symptom is my gas mileage is getting worse.

Check and test the IACV-AAC and TPS to include vacuum leak

Rasmataz thank you for your response and forgive my beginner questions but, How would you recommend to best test the IACV and TPS?

Clean the IACV-AAC with a carb cleaner and see what happens
