drove it to work cut it off,then it wouldn,t start back,put new fuel filter on it still wouldn,t sart,towed it home took back seat out to access fuel pump had wife turn key on could hear fuel pump working so i tap on it with rubber hammer car would start but just for few seconds like it was running out of gas, i take a screw driver and use the handle and peck on fuel pressure regulator and distrubter cap, car starts and runs and i drove it for about an hour and it,s been running fine what cuold have caused this could the fuel regulator been stuck open.thanks in advance for you time
