1994 Nissan 300ZX The car will not start!

It use to be my daily. When I got the it turned over after 3 times and everytime it grinded! Autozone sold me a referbish starter after i installed the starter it still grinded but not so often. Yesterday i drove the car to work and when it came time for closing i try and turn the car over and it grinded twice! I tried 30mins later and the car didnt even try to start no grind no click NOTHING! The battery is fine the lights turn on the windows didnt work I DONT UNDERSTAND. Please help this car is tricky!!!! -_-

It sounds like you may have a problem with either the starter solenoid or the flywheel itself. You would have to remove the starter to see if the solenoid energizes and kicks the gear forward to engage with the flywheel. If it does, check the flywheel to see if there are teeth missing from it.
