my mitsubitshi mirage runs on 3 cylinders,does that make it sound like a bad muffler?

my mitsubitshi mirage runs on 3 cylinders,does that make it sound like a bad muffler?It leaks oil from up top someone tightened the rocker arms to tight and i did the filler tool to them as good as i could.has no compression in #3 what do i do?

If the rockers are too tight, that is why you have no compression. The valves are most likely open.

No compression.... test with a comp gauge, add a little oil and if the comps do no increase it will be a valve problem, check this out first.
