1994 Mitsubishi Eclipse mileage: 76,000. I just bought this car and it seems to be very difficult to steer at slower speeds. I don’t know if it is supposed to be like that or if it has a problem. When I bought it they said it had power steering. I have a five day/two hunderd and fifty mile return policy and I would like to know if there is a problem with the car. I can’t even find where the power steering fluid is supposed to be checked. There is even a diagram on the hood to show its location, but four people have not been able to find it. Please help me if you can possibly.
