My car just started to run really bad and not want to drive over 20 miles ph. With out it acting up really bad it's almost back firing. It has no power what so ever at first I thought it was bad gas? But now I've noticed. When I turn the key I don't hear the fuel getting to the car to start. Can this be the fuel pump?
