I have a 94 sl320 does anyone know what the white plastic reservoir directly in front of the coolant tank is?

Does the lid have any symbols? If it is white, the first thing I think of is windshield washer fluid. Let me know if there are any symbols on the lid or anything written. Also, if you have an owner's manual, there will be an underhood section indicating all the components.
