When I turn on ignition key I get a click, click, click from the engine compartment. I have replaced the battery, tried a new solenoid relay which did not fix, had starter bench tested and passed. Placed a screw driver across the relay and still get the click, click, click, noise. Checked battery connections, good. Checked cable continuity, good. Any ideas?
