My son's 1994 Mazda surges on start-up. It doesn't do it every time but most times. It has surged to the point of stalling he engine. Eventually the surging usually stops after driving for a while. There are no check engine light that comes on. Can a MAF sensor cause this or the TPS? Not sure where to start
