No, it will stay stuck to the floor board.

You have a hydraulic clutch system which has developed a leak, check the fluid level it will be empty, use brake fluid, you will have to check for a leak at the slave cylinder on the gearbox and at the master cyl, you can re bleed for a temp solution so you can drive it to be repaired as well.

Thank you sir. I found the problem. I needed to replace the brakes for the fluid level to rise but I was havin trouble bleeding the line. After about 20 minutes of pumping the clutch pedal, everything returned to normal.
