Mazada 323 hatch back - when I start the engine 1st time ..the RPM need surges to 2 OR 3 in park then... when I shift to Drive it goes down to 1RPM...when stopping at stop light and shift neutral also surges. The car is automatic.

Whats steps can I do to stop RPM need from surging
