I was driving and when I got to about 60mph the car started to shake real hard I pull over and smoke was coming from the right front rotor. Can u tell me what do that mean please

That brake caliper is sticking applied. There are a number of possible causes including brake fluid contaminated with a petroleum product like engine oil or power steering fluid. To narrow down the cause, when it locks up again, open the hydraulic system at various places to see where the fluid is being trapped.
