My 94 YJ brake lights and taillights will not work. The backup lights work and the flashers work. The turn signals for both sides flash really fast like when a bulb is out but they all work. I have checked fuses and found all to be good. The harness on the taillights have a loose wire that has been crimped on both sides. Drivers side is yellow and passenger is green. They look like they were from the factory this way. I have looked at books and searched the web with no answers. Any help would be appreciated.
