short hose connecting to fuel rail. long thin hose is connected to regulator, but other end is loose. can't find where it is supposed to connect.

Take a look at the attached pic. Number 8 is the fuel pressure regulator. It joins with other hoses and then runs to the intake manifold.
Let me know if it helps. Keep in mind, this car came with either a 1.5L or a 1.6L engine. If the schematic doesn't look right, let me know. It's for the 1.6L engine.
