i have a 94 sonoma 4x4 with the 4.3 motor. and i took it through some deep mud had it in first gear and 4 low. and got stuck and after i got out i noticed my oil gage bonceing around. so i parked it and i had a ticking noice. i ended up driving it 20 miles home and it turned in to a real loud knock, thinking it was my motor i took a stethoscope to all the cylenders when it was running and hurd no noise but when i touched it to the inspection plate u could hear the knocking. so i took the inspection plate off to find out the fly wheel was hitting the side of it. but i dont see any cracks in the fly wheel and there is no play. what could this be?
